Most people believe that we should fist practise the policy Late Marriage and One Couple, One Child in order to reduce the birth rate. Secondly, the city government must have a tight control over rural people entering cities to engage themselves in trade or do various physical jobs so as to lessen the pressure on the city caused by the increased population. Finally more and more people suggest that living blocks with shopping centers, schools, hospitals as well as cinemas and theatres round them or even satellite towns should be built in city suburbs or the countryside round the cities. In this way city citizens will be encouraged to move there to live and work. If these three proposals are well carried out, the city population will be greatly reduced.
我国现代城市过于拥挤，要解决这个问题，有三点建议。大多数人认为，为了减少出生率我们应该实行的晚婚政策和一对夫妇只生一个孩子。其次，城市政府必须严格控制农村人口进入城市，让他们从事贸易或做各种体力工作，以减少增加的人口对城市的压力。最后，越来越多的人认为有购物中心，学校，医院和电影院和剧院围绕着的生活小区，甚至卫星城要建设在城市郊区或农村城市周围。这样的城市将鼓励公民搬到那里居住和工作。如果这三个方案的顺利进行，城市人口将大幅降低。

to conclude, it goes without saying that high-rise buildings are necessary, but their number should be limited.at the same time, effective measures must be taken to solve such problems as the supply of water and power.

There are many great things and wonderful activities in the city, while there isn’t in the country. Nowadays, with the improvement of people’s living standard, people have more cars and more people come to city, and then the city becomes more and more crowd. As a result, traffic jam emerges, which makes great inconvenience for people to go out. What’s worse, the air pollution becomes serious day by day, which is bad for people’s health.
To sum up, every coin has two sides. Living in the city also has good side and bad aspect. Whether like living in city or not depends on individual thinking. As myself, I like living in city though I know the disadvantage of living in city.

This past summer I took my family out on a daring trip to see three famous national parks.
刚过去的这个夏天，我带家人去看了三个知名的国家公园，来一个大胆的旅游。
First we arrived at the Grand Canyou in northern Arizona.It was very dry and unbearably hot.The view was amazing.I would say it was the best of the natural wonders I have seen in my life.
首先我们来到亚利桑那州北边的大峡谷。这里的气候非常干燥且难以忍受的热。景色是叹为观止，我敢说这是我一生中所见过的最棒的自然景观。
The second stop was Colorado's Rocky Moun-tains.Because of its high elevation,we coule relax in its much cooler climate.We went on a hike.My wife and the kids were bouncing with energy,but is was killing me.

The alarming gaps between urban and rural areas in such arena as education facilities, the readiness to access to medical care, and living convenience spark a suggestion that the tyros in education business and medical care should work in countryside for a period of time. This suggestion is rather problematic.
The most harmful thing in this suggestion is not the suggestion per se. Rather it is the motivations. The purpose of this proposal is clearly not to help those rural people. On the contrary, it is to provide the tyros with an opportunity to practice. This is clearly unfair because those who live in the rural areas are fundamentally equal to urban dwellers. Why do not give them the mature teachers and good doctors?
In fact, the suggestion suffers logical drawbacks in reasoning. It is claimed to improve the conditions of rural areas. Its approach is to send the beginners or novices to work there. Clearly, it is assumed that the tyros are able to help. Nevertheless, this assumption is feeble and fragile. Compared with the experienced doctors and experts in teaching, novices are less competent. For instance, in the primary and secondary schools in the main land of China, beginners in teaching careers hinder the development of students and cause serious troubles in various aspects. Many students become victims. In case of hospital service or medical care, things would be more formidable.
Clearly, it is harmful to ask beginners in teaching career and medical care to work in the rural areas where people virtually demand experts and professors.
